South Coast Ruckus stormed to a 2-0 victory over the struggling Merseyside Mighty Rats with goals from Garry Stretford and Diego Kapelski.

London United 5-1 Phantoms

Tuesday 23rd March
HMV Park, London. Att: 44,076.

A CraiCo hat-trick stunned Leicester Phantoms as the Midlanders crashed to a 5-1 defeat at the hands of London United.

Steven Tweed headed in his first United goal after ten minutes, before CraiCo's first goal.

Edward Redwood made it 3-0 after a brilliant free-kick, before CraiCo completed his hat-trick with two goals within five minutes, before Shane Howard replied for the Phantoms in stoppage time.

Rockers 2-1 Dragons

Wednesday 17th March
Rockers Park, Salford. Att: 26,765.

John Jeffries' emotional winner helped Manchester Rockers put the shock defeat in Edinburgh to bed with a 2-1 win over the Dragons.

Peter Elkins' stunning overhead kick put the Rockers in front before Adam Owens' header tied the game.

In the dying minutes, beleaguered former Scotland captain Jeffries headed home the winner celebrating in front of his fans.

Jeffries kissed the Rockers badge on his shirt at the final whistle, and then took his shirt off, throwing it into the green and yellow sea of Rockers supporters.

Strikers 0-1 Pirates

Wednesday 17th March

Charlie Vickers' last-gasp header won the game for the Pirates against the Strikers at Hillsborough.

Fire 0-1 Real Birmingham

Mark Strickland's header won the game for Real Birmingham in a highly intense Midlands Derby against Nottingham Fire.

The former England skipper rose above everyone else after Cris Costa's wonderful corner and he headed home past a stunned Mehdi Kaziri.
