Welcome to the home of Major League Football on the internet.
Major League Football is the United Kingdom's top CSA Soccer league. It is administrated by CSA England, CSA Scotland, CSA Wales and CSA Ireland. It was intended to serve as a summer league, because the top professional European football leagues are played in the winter. It is also seen as a rebel league to the English Premier League. Major League Football has experimented with new rules, such as golden goal extra time and penalty shootouts in league play. It worked succesfully with the fans and crowds are now arriving in droves during the summer. It has 14 English teams (Ajax London, Bristol Pirates, East Anglia Knights, FC London, Leeds Lightning, London United, Manchester Magic, Merseyside Mighty Mouses, Middlesbrough Monsters, Newcastle Geordies, Nottingham Fire, Reading Ruckus, Real Birmingham and Sheffield Strikers), two Scottish teams (Edinburgh Eagles and Glasgow FC), one Welsh team (Cardiff Dragons), and one team from the Republic of Ireland (Dublin Druids). For 2008, the 18 teams will split into two conferences - North/East Conference and South/West Conference.
